VILLA SETTING

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is located in a quiet street just a two-minute walk from the bustling Oberoi area in Seminyak known as “Eat Street”. There you will find trendy cafes and restaurants, hip shopping districts and a lively nightlife.

It is a relaxed 8-10 minute walk, or a quick and inexpensive taxi ride, to the beaches at The Oberoi, Ku De Ta, Potato Head and Double Six.

This is a fantastic family or group-friendly villa in a location that's hard to beat!

Because Villa Bebek is surrounded by plenty of amazing eateries, it is primarily a self-catering villa. However our staff can assist you with grocery shopping and cooking at no additional charge.

Villa Bebek is ideally suited to families and friends who want a quiet location in the heart of all that Seminyak has to offer - the beach, shops, restaurants and Seminyak's nightlife.

The villa is serviced and our staff can help with all sorts of concierge services and errands as part of the service we offer.

The villa has three en-suite bedrooms (all upstairs) complete with comfortable beds, high quality Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels.

The downstairs area consists of open-plan indoor and outdoor living.

We offer a complimentary travelling cot for babies and toddlers (as well as a high chair).

We also provide 2 additional full-size mattresses in the common areas to sleep up to 8 people (best for children).

Outdoors is a gorgeous tropical pool area that is surrounded by a privacy wall, lush tropical foliage and comfortable sun loungers and seating.

There is also an upstairs gazebo overlooking the 8m x 4m pool that is ideal for outdoor dining or sunset cocktails.

The entire outdoor area surrounding the pool has ambient lighting that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere after dark.

The indoor living area has been designed with seamless indoor/outdoor living in mind.

The living and dining area is spacious and well-appointed, while the modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (including an oven, which is unusual on Bali), marble counter tops and ample cabinet space for storage.

Villa Bebek has three en-suite bedrooms complete with comfortable beds, high quality Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels.

The bedrooms are all upstairs and have their own private bathrooms with built-in wardrobes. Sliding doors in two of the bedrooms lead to balconies overlooking the pool area below. The master bedroom has a large shower.

Seminyak is the most sophisticated of southern Bali's resort areas, offering a much more upmarket holiday experience than its neighbours, Kuta and Legian.

While travellers visit Seminyak for many reasons, two primary ones are undoubtedly the beautiful beaches and the great (not to mention inexpensive!) shopping.

Villa Bebek is perfectly located in the heart of Seminyak where the best shopping, fantastic restaurants and nightlife, and Seminyak's gorgeous white sand beaches, are just a short walk away.

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA

Have your pick of beaches Take your pick - Seminyak has a beautiful series of beaches that stretch for kilometres. You will be spoiled for choice - Seminyak, Oberoi or Double Six among many others - all equally relaxed and easily accessible to Villa Bebek.	Indulge in a spa treatment Bali is deservedly well known for its beautiful spas. There are plenty of options in Seminyak, priced for all budgets, ranging from the luxury spas at various 5-star hotels to simple day salons.	Savour the seafood at Jimbaran Head over to Jimbaran, where the beach is transformed at sunset into a long stretch of beach seafood restaurants, serving delicious food and equally delicious cocktails.
Shop 'til your card is maxed out Seminyak has incredible shopping of every kind - clothes, swimwear, homeware, souvenirs - you name it. And the prices are good enough that it's more difficult to max your card out than you think!	Relish the best food in Asia It is virtually impossible to find bad food in Bali - and Seminyak is no exception. Every kind of world cuisine can be found here - from pizza to posh - and more often than not better prepared than in its country of origin. An added bonus - all at a really good price.	A real Seminyak tradition is to head down to the bean bags on the beach just before sunset for sundowners, great music and snacks. Nothing says "I'm on holiday" more than this!
Enjoy an in-house massage There is a massage bed at the villa if you would prefer a massage in the comfort of the villa. A masseuse can be arranged through the staff.	Spend the day at Waterbom Waterbom in Kuta is probably one of Bali's most professionally run attractions. Voted the 2nd best water park in the world (#1 in Asia), it is a wonderful day out - with or without kids!	Experiment with Balinese cooking If cooking is your thing, there are excellent cooking courses available in the area.
Surf Indo in Seminyak Bali is world-renowned for its great surf breaks - both for beginners and experienced surfers. And southern Bali is where it all happens! Bring your own board or hire one (and an instructor!) on the beach.	Flex your yoga muscles Yoga has become ubiquitous in Bali, and there are plenty of yoga studios in Seminyak, with a variety of classes and teachers.
