VILLA SETTING
Villa Cocoa Maya is set just 20 metres back from a white sand beach in Candidasa, a small coastal town in eastern Bali with just the right balance of things to do and relaxation. It is a 90-minute drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport and a 15-minute drive from the ferry terminal located at Padangbaai, which services Lombok and the Gili Islands.
Set at the bottom of a quiet lane, it's a leisurely five minute walk into town where there is a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The villa is also within easy striking distance of most of the sights that guests like to visit while in eastern Bali.
WHO SHOULD STAY?
Although there is no obligation to eat at the villa, Villa Cocoa Maya is catered and fully staffed. It is not a self-catering villa.
Perfectly combining location, amenities and service, Villa Cocoa Maya is ideal for guests who would like to completely relax on their holiday - no cooking and cleaning required.
Villa Cocoa Maya is ideally suited to families, groups of friends, reunions and celebrations - all in an idyllic beachfront location.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa has four large bedroom suites ranging in size from 60–160 metres. Each suite has a bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD player, free WiFi, a stocked mini bar and stunning ocean views! The villa sleeps 10 people in beds and up to 12 people with two extra mattresses. It can also be rented as three bedrooms for six or fewer guests.
We offer a complimentary infant cot, and a travelling cot, for babies and toddlers (as well as a high chair). Villa Cocoa Maya is only rented to one group at a time.
OUTDOOR LIVING
With the beautiful weather that Candidasa offers, much of your holiday will be spent outdoors. The villa offers outdoor dining for twelve, an 18 meter infinity pool, a large, flat garden, sun loungers, an outdoor lounge and a comfortable Balinese bale (gazebo).
Your most stressful decision at Villa Cocoa Maya will be where to have your morning coffee!
INDOOR LIVING
The spacious open plan lounge and dining area has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, cable television with plenty of international channels, a DVD player and lots of DVDs. There is also a music system.
The lounge was designed with relaxation in mind - stretch out, relax with a book or be lulled by the ocean...
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each of Villa Cocoa Maya's four bedroom suites has its own lounge area and en-suite bathroom. Each suite also has:

FACILITIES & SERVICES
Villa Cocoa Maya has all the services and amenities of a luxury hotel but with more privacy and space.
A daily housekeeping service, complimentary breakfast, staff, WiFi, tea, Balinese coffee and bottled water are all included in your rate. A car and driver, airport or island transfers, in-house massage and babysitting are all available at the villa.
Villa Cocoa Maya is not a self-catering villa. Our Balinese cook provides a choice of delicious breakfasts and Balinese and Western food from a varied, reasonably priced menu.
THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA
Candidasa (pronounced Chundidussa), with its village atmosphere, is a far cry from the rampant tourism of southern Bali. Yet it still offers excellent restaurants, shops and many of Bali’s most important historical landmarks.
The area is typified by dry, warm weather, a beautiful warm ocean with incredible marine life, as well as mountains, rice terraces, indigenous forests, temples and palaces.
A stay in Candidasa is a stay in the Bali of old - where traffic is not an issue, and relaxation is easy to come by!

Rates are for 6 or fewer guests. US $30 per person per night extra up to twelve people. Children four years and under stay free. We provide a complimentary traveling cot and a high chair. Minimum 2-night stay.
